Story: Sub-Inspector Alexander is a law unto himself having killed at least 99 people at last count when the police commissioner transfers him from Vizag to Hyderabad. He shoots people dead if they are on the wrong side of the law and refuses to take the counsel of superiors against indulging in such 'encounters'. Movie Review: It just isn't heroic to snuff out lives just because the khakhi uniform gives him the privilege of handling a revolver. Sub-Inspector Alexander is a law unto himself having killed at least 99 people at last count when the police commissioner transfers him from Vizag to Hyderabad. The police officer is no less blood thirsty in the city which he considers a land of opportunity. Alexander (Tarak) is a police officer who can only think of shooting people dead if they are on the wrong side of the law. He refuses to take the counsel of superiors against indulging in such 'encounters'. So, we have a weapon-wielding young officer who loves talking the language of the gun. He's smart too, or so he thinks. He takes money from two rival goons promising to wipe out their rival and all he does is kill them in cold blood. There is a good side to him too. The bachelor gives money to a church father regularly to fund the studies of poor students. And it is one of these students who ultimately dies at his hands. The student is indulging in human trafficking of women and Alexander wipes out the men behind the racket
