Manchu Manoj is an actor, who brings in a lot of energy on to screen and Current Teega is a title, which is very apt for his performances. G.Nageswara Reddy, who has earlier directed films like ''Seema Sastry'', ''Seema Tapakai'' and "Dhenikaina Ready", is the director of this film.
Rakul Preet Singh of Venkatadri Express fame has paired up with Manoj for this film and the surprise inclusion of this film is Sunny Leone. ''Current Teega'' is going to be the first film of Sunny Leone in Telugu and she will play an important role in this film. Manchu Manoj said that Sunny Leone will be seen in a very traditional role in this film, except for one song.
Achu of ''Potugadu'' fame is the music director of "Current Teega". The film is touted to be an out and out hilarious entertainer and Manoj will be seen as a highly energetic village guy.
