Through self-directed activities act as a liaison between client and technical groups, using superior communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate requirements.
•Demonstrate expertise in integrating multiple, diverse processes and systems within a single engagement.
•Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation.
•Drive key meetings and workshops to achieve the outcomes within the deadline
•Consult and advise clients on strategic business and technical alternatives. Leverage customer satisfaction through building business relationships and trust.
•Commercially shape deals based on business benefit to client rather than actual cost to complete (value based pricing)identifying risk/reward opportunities and developing business cases to work with clients in new and different ways to mutual benefits
•Participate as the technical expert in proposal development and presentations to prospective clients
•Deliver presentations to all levels of management
•Provide thought leadership on the development of new offerings.
•Consults on governance, strategy and transformation not just operations
•Build and maintain significant alliances and support across the client's business
