he selected candidate will work as a member of the Information Technology (IT) Program Management Office (PMO) and is responsible for overseeing the execution of the Energy Efficiency (EE) Tracking System.
The purpose of this project is to select and implement an Energy Efficiency Tracking System to be used as a common tool across the Energy Efficiency organization located in CT, MA, and NH. This system will enable our Client to track Energy Efficiency projects from beginning to end. It will consist of a Digital Application Portal through which customers or vendors can apply for incentives, as well as a Vendor Portal through which contracted vendors can access the system and manage their tasks, and a Tracking System though which utility staff will manage projects throughout the life cycle by performing a variety of tasks, such as adding measures, updating statuses, attaching documentation and running reports.
This project will be implemented in multiple phases and is planned to be completed in 2016.
The Project Manager will be responsible to deliver this project to completion and owns the cost, schedule and risk for the project.
The Project Manager will manage multiple tracks, business and technical resources, consultants and product vendors contracted to deliver solutions.
The Project Manager will be responsible to interact with sponsors and senior executives.
General Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery including budget, schedule, scope, weekly meetings, risks and issues; providing clear and accurate weekly and monthly project reporting and forecasting; acting as a champion to foster a positive project work environment; and successfully lead the team to accomplish all the project objectives on time and on budget.
Candidates must have previous experience implementing SaaS solutions.
