Description : |
|
•Develops Enterprise Applications (mainly Oracle Applications) related project proposals or plans based on Business requirements generated by the IT Steering Committee or Senior Management Team.
•Determines time frame, funding limitation, procedures, documentation and processes for accomplishing these projects including staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various project phases.
•Creates and establishes work plans and staffing for each phase of projects and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel from IT and Business functional groups.
•Presents project plans and module implementations to the IT Steering Committee for approvals and funding of Capital Dollars.
•Responsible for IT Service Management – ensures applications perform within prescribed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and all requests are handled per established SLAs.
•Responsible for Configuration and Change Management – Coordinate Change Control Board activities - ensures that proper documentation is maintained for Application configuration changes, program designs and all other system changes.
•Evaluates the effect of changes on existing and future application functionality.
