| In a setback to Chief Minister Narenedra Modi, BJP dissident leader, Keshubhai Patel, has come out openly against him in the assembly polls in the state.
Advertisements have come out on Monday with Keshubhai asking for a vote for change.
The half page advertisements have been released by the Sardar Patel Utkarsh Samiti, an umbrella organisation of rebel BJP leaders led by Goardhan Zadaphiya. They seek change in Gujarat.
While Keshubhai is still to officially join the group, the advertisement asks for a vote for change in his name.
The advertisements criticise the Modi governemnt for using the RSS and VHP for its own ends and question Modi's Vibrant Gujarat campaign.
