Managed the development and implementation of a workforce analytics datawarehouse for a premier Law Firm. Architected the solution, built the datamodel, the etl specifications ,a roadmap for implementation and successfully implemented the datawarehouse. Managed the client’s resources for the development effort. The workforce data is distributed in several source systems including PSFT ERP. Wrote the ETL specs to integrate, transform, summarize and load the datawarehouse. The warehouse is being implemented on SQL Server 2000. The reporting tool used is Business Objects. Built the core universes for the datawarehouse. Developed reporting security methodology and train/mentor the client team.

Helped a large financial client with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance effort. Managed a team of consultants at one of the client’s facilities. Helped the Client review, evaluate, test their internal IT controls via an technology risk assessment process. Successfully completed the Sarbanes effort on time. Continued to help the Client with another internal controls/risk assessment , testing process by co-ordinating the effort between the different locations and global compliance team. Conducted workshops to help the teams fix any controls related issues. Also helped re-engineer the QA process/workflow for assessing the controls for the global compliance group for the Client.

Have also worked as a Technical Lead of the engineering team responsible for development of an enterprise analytic infrastructure called Industry Warehouse Studio (IWS) – a business intelligence infrastructure that includes industry-specific data models, reports, and ETL programs. In addition to engineering activities, also participated on several customer implementation teams as a presales engineer, developer and project manager. Other accomplishments include the following:
o Designed, developed, and assisted in the implementation of the inaugural IWS for Healthcare™ HIPPA repository
o Technical Lead of the Sybase corporate enterprise data warehouse architecture team . Involes building the datamodel and integrating Peopsesoft and other legacy systems to the corporate datawarehouse.

o Built an application interface between Microstrategy OLAP tool and Sybase metadata management tool using C++ and Java
